A lengthy procedure containing snapshot or text post prepared offline in a text editor like Microsoft word 2007 or an already existing procedure document that you need to post to your site is always a pain and a very time consuming task.

When I was stuck up in the same problem, I started my search for a way to use my existing lengthy procedure document and post it to my site; I came across different option as

  • Save the document as .HTM>open it> right click on each snapshot, save> upload all the snapshots and > prepare the post.
  • Convert the document to a PDF format and use the feature “export all the images.” & Etc.

However I found this to be a time consuming task as well.

Microsoft, the user friendly came for a rescue again, it may not be the best way for image intense post however it is a quick way to post. The Blog post option in Microsoft word 2007 brings you with an option to prepare and post directly to your site from your desktop/laptop and eliminating the need to visit the site every time you need to post.

Well, I got the details from an article by Saman Sadeghi, Thanks Saman great post.
